I did not receive my blood donor rewards after donating.

Please allow up to 2 business days for your points to be posted to your account after donating at a blood drive. If your points are still missing after this period, contact Donor Services at 1-888-9-DONATE (1-888-936-6283).

How do I redeem my eGift Card?

Sign in to your OneBlood account and navigate to the “My Rewards” section. Access your received gift cards, copy the claim code, and visit the retailer’s website to paste the code at online checkout to redeem.

My rewards expired. Can they be reinstated?

Rewards points expire 1 year after being earned if not redeemed. Unfortunately, expired points cannot be recovered. We encourage you to donate again soon to start re-earning rewards.

I do not have an email and would like my eGift card mailed.

Currently, eGift cards are delivered via email. If you do not have an email address, please contact Donor Services at 1-888-936-6283 to discuss alternative arrangements.

Donation Challenges and Milestones

Participating in One Blood Rewards goes beyond just giving—it’s about recognition, achievement, and staying motivated. As you donate more often, you can unlock special milestones, join donation challenges, and earn extra points through the oneblood org rewards system. Here’s what you need to know.

What is the Milestone Recognition Program?

The Milestone Recognition Program rewards donors with eGift Cards upon reaching certain donation milestones, such as 1, 3, or 5 gallons donated. These rewards are automatically emailed to you upon reaching each level.

How does the Whole Blood Challenge work?

If you complete 2 whole blood donations between June 1 and August 31, 2025, you will automatically earn a $10 eGift Card reward, which will be loaded to your donor account around September 10, 2025.

How/when do I receive my Whole Blood Challenge eGift Card?

Eligible donors will have their $10 eGift Card automatically emailed to the address on file in early September 2025. You can also check your OneBlood account under “My Rewards”.

I never received my eGift card email after redemption.

First, check your spam and junk folders. If not received after 24 hours, contact Donor Services at 1-888-936-6283, providing the date you redeemed the reward, to have it reissued.

I never received the email for my Milestone reward.

Milestone eGift Card rewards are automatically emailed upon reaching each gallon donor level. If not received within 5 days, check your spam folders first, then call 1-888-936-6283 to have it resent.

I lost my eGift card email. Can it be resent?

Yes. Contact Donor Services at 1-888-936-6283, provide the redemption date for your rewards points, and request the resending of the gift card email to the email address registered on your donor account.onebloodrewards.website

I donated blood on a mobile drive or donor center that did not have my gallon window cling.
